You have seen many times over the ability for video to rank on Google, particularly Youtube (which Google owns, of course).  Did you know that you can get a video to rank if it is on YOUR site?  It’s a pretty complicated process of creating sitemaps with all the markup data that Google wants.  Unless you use a plugin that does the all that work for you.
